Email support@placefultrips.comOpen the Placeful TestFlight invitation on your iPhone. Install Apple's TestFlight app, then return to the invitation and install the compatible Placeful Trips build offered there.
To send feedback, open TestFlight, select Placeful Trips and choose Send Beta Feedback, or use the email link above. Include the place or story, what you expected, and what happened. Please avoid including private information in screenshots.
TestFlight purchases are test transactions and do not charge you. If an access limit interrupts your test, tell us rather than purchasing an App Store subscription to continue.
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID account, not in Placeful Trips. On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Placeful Trips → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Apple's free trial is granted automatically when you tap "Start Free Trial" on the paywall — provided your Apple ID has not already used a trial for this app. If a trial doesn't appear, your Apple ID may have used one previously; you can still subscribe at the regular price.
If you've subscribed before and don't see premium features active: open the paywall (any premium prompt) → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This re-verifies your subscription with Apple.
Tap a place, then tap Listen now to start its story. For walking directions, allow location access while using the app. Once audio is playing, you can use the lock-screen controls to pause or continue. If you still hear nothing, check the volume and selected audio output, then email us.
We use AI to parse locations from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content. If a post has no recognizable place name in its caption or comments, we can't always extract a location. You can also add stops manually from the Spots tab.
You can permanently delete your Placeful Trips account and all associated data at any time:
Account deletion is permanent and removes your trips, saved spots, collections, sign-in credentials, and subscription history within 30 days. Any active subscription continues until the end of its billing period (manage that separately in Apple ID Subscriptions).
