What is Placeful Trips?
Discover nearby places, choose a story and explore at your own pace. Placeful Trips is an audio guide for iPhone, available to try through TestFlight.
How do I start listening?
Allow location access so Placeful can show what is nearby. Tap a place to open its card, then tap Listen now. You choose when the story starts.
Where can I use it?
The current city collection includes Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Sibiu. Story coverage varies by area; check the map in the app. Our first feedback sessions focus on Amsterdam.
Is the beta free?
The iPhone beta is available through Apple TestFlight. TestFlight in-app purchases are test transactions and do not charge you. Beta access and limits can change as we test; it is not a promise of unlimited access after launch.
What do I need?
An iPhone compatible with the build offered in TestFlight, headphones and location access for nearby discovery. Have an internet connection for setup and new audio. This invitation is for the iPhone beta.
How can I send feedback?
Open TestFlight, select Placeful Trips and choose Send Beta Feedback, or email support@placefultrips.com. Tell us which place you tried and what worked or felt confusing.
